Dianne Serrano was born in Bronx, NY and spent her life as an Army “military
brat” eventually settling with her family in Florida in 1989. She attended
Deltona High School and then moved on to receive her undergraduate degree in
Psychology followed by a Masters Degree in Mass Communication from the
University of Central Florida.
She began her legal studies at Stetson University College of Law in St.
Petersburg and then transferred to Barry University School of Law in Orlando in
her second year to finish law school. At Barry, Dianne served as Secretary
for the Hispanic American Law Student Association (HALSA) and worked on outreach
projects between the law student community and the legal community at
large. She also served as Historian to the Women’s Lawyer Association and
participated in various charitable activities. She continues her charity
work by participating in local 5K’s and most recently raised money for the AT
organization during the Disney World Half Marathon in January. Prior to
her legal career, Dianne’s work experience includes working as an Operations
Manager for a music management company who managed the group, “O-Town” to
working in the Sales department for CNL Securities Corp. Her diverse
cultural and work background along with her legal experience is a valuable asset
to the firm and our clients.
She joined the Bodiford Law Group as a law clerk in the summer of 2007 and
was recently admitted to the Florida Bar this April. During her time at
Bodiford Law Group, Dianne has worked on both personal injury and products
liability cases. Her fluency in Spanish allows her to work closely on
cases with our Hispanic clients and allows us to serve the Hispanic
community.
